Our Christmas Menu is available from 29th November until 20th December.
Choose to indulge in 2 or 3 courses from the menu below. We have no minimum number of guests, so whether you’re planning an intimate meal, a workplace gathering, or a celebration with family and friends, we would be delighted to accommodate you.
The festive menu is available from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM every evening between 29th November and 20th December. We are also happy to accommodate groups outside of these times, including afternoons and lunches, although a minimum number of guests will apply.

Christmas Terms & Conditions
Deposit
- A £10 non-refundable deposit per person is required at least 1 month prior to your booking date.
- Reductions to group size or meal options can be made up to 24 hours before the booking. In this case, your deposit will be applied toward the final bill.
- Changes made within 24 hours of the booking may result in loss of the deposit for the affected persons.
Pre-orders
- We require a pre-order at least 2 week prior to your booking.
- Please use the pre-order sheet provided and email your choices to tonnau@caerwylan.co.uk. This will enable us to ensure all guests receive the correct meals.
Other Information
- A 10% optional service charge will be added to group bookings of 8 guests or more
- Unless informed in advance, we are only able to provide one bill per party.
- If you wish to make payment easier, you can make a payment for the full amount in advance. This will help make your night more enjoyable!
- Wine and Bubbles by the bottle can be pre-ordered in advance with a 10% discount. To be qualify for the discount, you must let us know your selections at least 10 days before date of booking.
- To help ensure a smooth service, we kindly ask that your group arrives at the restaurant 30 minutes before your reserved time. If you’d like to enjoy drinks in our bar or lounge areas before your meal, you’re more than welcome to arrive earlier than that.
