How It Works
Earn 5 points for every £1 spent
Points can be redeemed on food or drinks
Terms & Conditions
- When signing up to the loyalty scheme it is required that you are opted into marketing
- Points can only be collected once per transaction
- Points can be collected against food and drinks only
- You must present your card at the time of purchase to collect points
- Bonus points may be offered during selected promotions
- Points can only be redeemed once the minimum threshold of 500 points is reached
- Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and can only be redeemed against your bill
- Cards must be used regularly to remain active
- Accounts inactive for 90 days will be deactivated and all points will expire
- Accounts can be reactivated at any time, but points will reset to zero
- Points cannot be added retrospectively if your card or wallet pass is not presented at the time of purchase
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or inaccessible accounts unless reported
- Points will be removed if a transaction is refunded or cancelled
- Points may not be earned on selected items, including (but not limited to) purchasing gift cards, special events, or discounted/promotional items
- We reserve the right to remove points, suspend accounts, or withdraw membership where misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected
- We may amend, suspend, or withdraw the loyalty scheme or these terms at any time without prior notice
- Participation in the scheme is restricted to customers aged 18 or over where applicable
